Completion and Signing of PSRA Form
Property advertised on various forums
Arranged viewings
Choosing suitable Tenants discussing with owner for final decision
Comprehensive and thorough reference checking
Collection of deposit and First months rent in advance
Signing of Tenancy Agreement
Standing order
Full Inventory completed prior to move in
All meter readings provided to new tenants and they are assisted with transfer into their names
RTB registration if specifically required
BER can be arranged
